It’s been a fantastic summer in the Lecrin Valley and at the beginning of this week, we even got some rain to freshen up our green surroundings, which was very welcome after a long, hot summer.
Despite half the country being on holiday, we managed to complete on the sales of four properties, with another five going under offer in the month of August, which is really unusual, although obviously great news for us, our would-be buyers and vendors alike.
These wonderful properties are now destined for both permanent and holiday homes for their new owners and ranged from tiny projects for €45,000 to beautiful refurbished houses for €275,000.
Despite the crazy summer, we have managed to take turns to get some time off and are ready to start the busy autumn house-hunting season!
