A new direction
We are taking this opportunity to sail a new course. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we have decided to streamline the business to help it work more efficiently both for us and for our clients.
For vendors
In order to help vendors to sell their properties quicker, we will be more selective, selling only on an exclusive basis and therefore reducing the number of properties we market to offer the best houses and best service.
For buyers
We will search high and low to find your dream property, offering both the houses we list ourselves, and also a search service to find the perfect home, no matter where it´s advertised.
While our new office will mean we no longer have a shop front open to ‘walk-ins’, we will manage our time more efficiently, welcoming clients to our new office by appointment only, providing all the benefits of an efficient internet-based company, but maintaining our dedicated, personal service.
We trust there won´t be any interruption in ongoing communications and work with existing and new clients, and we look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our new home!
