Transfer Tax Increase on Spanish properties

In Andalucía, the transfer tax for properties increased from 7% to 8%, rising to 9% for the transfer of property with a value between 400,000 € and 700,000 € and 10% for the transfer of property with a value above € 700,000

The transfer of garages of less than € 30,000 will be taxed at 8%. Up to € 50,000, the new rate is 9% and above that value 10% is calculated.
